Our workshop and shopfront will be Closed from 5:00pm Friday 19^th December
and reopen 8:30am Monday 5^th January

Our workshop is at capacity and we request that you wait until January to bring us new repairs.
Only urgent repairs for Christmas Events etc for Performing Arts, Churches, Professional Musicians, or Studios 
will be considered and given priority prior to Christmas and repaired if at all possible.
Due to our current backlog, we will be unable to start other new jobs before the end of January and we would prefer you wait until the new year to bring them in.

 Incoming Repairs may be rejected if parts or service information are known to be no longer available.

  this includes AV Receivers, Home Amplifiers, Sound bars, Sub-woofers, CD Players, Blu-Ray Players, Domestic Turntables, Cassette decks, Bluetooth speakers, consumer or gaming Headphones or Radiograms etc. We do not repair Televisions 
    
• Due to changes and current demands on our technicians, we are not taking on new ** Vintage Repairs as this time  (This includes Reel to Reel Machines, Vintage Synths, Large Format Mixing Consoles, Vintage Turntables etc)  CHECK WITH US  March next year (2026) 
  Then they will be taken on at our discretion, and are Brand Specific, due to parts availability, and size/storage constraints.
• Large / Bulky unit/s 
  Large item can pose a problem due to storage constraints, so please always check before coming in.
   
• Sorry -We CANNOT repair or source spare parts for Sennheiser CONSUMER products e.g. Bluetooth / wireless headphone, Hearing-loops, or ear-buds

** Vintage = unit/s 20+ years old, and/or if the Manufacturer no longer exists or no longer supports their product.

1. Priority is given to repairs for Broadcasters, Essential Services, Performing Arts, Churches, Universities / Schools, Teachers and Professional Studios / Musicians etc
2. Be prepared for variability on the above. We work hard to meet ours and your expectations, but with longer lead times for obtaining some of the necessary spare parts, means delays may occur.
