Our workshop is at capacity, and we request your understanding and your consideration on our wait times BEFORE bringing / sending in any new repairs to us.

With Christmas less than 8 weeks away, it is probably that your repair will not be done until the New Year.
Please consider this BEFORE leaving it with us.

Urgent repairs for Broadcast, Performing Arts, Churches, and Education may be given priority prior to other jobs already in the queue. (if time allows)

PLEASE NOTE that we are not taking on any  Vintage Repairs**
** This includes no Reel-to-Reel Machines or Porta-studios. No Vintage Synths or Digital pianos from before 2012.
No Vintage Outboard Audio gear. No Large Format older Mixing Consoles, or Vintage Turntables, CD players, Cassette Decks, DAT Machines. 
No Passive or Active Speakes / Monitors older than 15 years

** Vintage = unit/s 15+ years old, and/or younger if the Manufacturer no longer exists or no-longer supports their product/s.

 Incoming Repairs may be rejected if parts or service information are known to be no longer available.

  Large item can pose a problem due to storage constraints, so please always check before coming in.
   
• Sorry we CANNOT repair or source spare parts for Sennheiser CONSUMER products e.g. Bluetooth / wireless headphone, Hearing-loops, or ear-buds

1. Priority is always given to repairs for Broadcasters, Essential Services, Performing Arts, Churches, Universities / Schools, Teachers and Professional Studios / Musicians etc
2. Be prepared for variability on the above. We work hard to meet ours and your expectations, but with longer lead times for obtaining some of the necessary spare parts, means delays may occur.
